Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using voidscriptor.com and Void Scriptor products ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

02Product status

Some products and features are marked FLAGSHIP, BETA, or PREVIEW. Pre-release products are provided for evaluation, may contain bugs, and may change or be discontinued without notice. Studio is available for Windows; QOWNER is being prepared for iOS and Android and is not yet available for download. Platform availability may change over time.

03License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products in accordance with their documentation. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, rent, or redistribute the products without written permission.
• Use the services for unlawful activities or to harm others.

04Accounts & sign-in

For sign-in, we use third-party login services (GitHub or Google). You do not create a password on our site, and we never receive it. After sign-in, your identity is stored as a website account. From the dashboard, you may connect another login service to the same account after signing in again; a service already connected to another account is not automatically transferred or merged. You may change your display name, public username, bio, language, time zone, and profile visibility from the dashboard; your email and login data remain managed by GitHub or Google. Website sessions last up to 24 hours and are renewed while you remain active; we will warn you before a session expires. Other applications do not yet use this website session. See the Privacy Policy for details of the data processed. The Sign out button revokes this session on the server and removes session credentials from the device in use. The dashboard also provides Delete account and server data for permanent account deletion after explicit confirmation; files already in Google Drive are managed separately. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub/Google account secure.

05Intellectual property

Void Scriptor names, logos, interfaces, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark rights. You do not acquire ownership rights in those materials except where expressly stated. You retain rights in works or materials you submit, to the extent you own them.

06User content and output

For quiz answers, Quest works, prompts, or materials you submit, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for as long as necessary to operate, moderate, display, verify, and archive that feature. If you choose to appear on a leaderboard, we display only your public name or pseudonym according to the settings/event rules. Do not submit secrets, other people’s personal data, or materials you are not entitled to use.

Byte output and AI features may be inaccurate, non-unique, or require human review. You are responsible for checking output before using it for decisions, publication, or actions affecting others.

07Third parties and open source

Products may use third-party services such as Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, AI models, Flutter components, and open-source libraries. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms; license notices included with a release form part of the product terms. We do not guarantee the availability of or changes to third-party services.

08Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary for security, maintenance, a breach of these terms, event fraud, misuse, at your request, or because a pre-release product is discontinued. Where possible, we will provide a reasonable explanation or notice. You may stop using the services at any time; deleting local cookies does not automatically delete data that may be managed by third-party providers.

09Pricing, payment, and refunds

The website, Studio preview, and unreleased QOWNER currently do not offer paid purchases through this page. If paid features, subscriptions, or cash-prize events become available, prices, taxes/fees, payment methods, age limits, prize terms, and cancellation or refund policies will be shown before the transaction. No payment is deemed to occur merely because you create an account or download a preview.

10Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Void Scriptor and its operator from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use, or submitted materials. Nothing in this section removes liability that cannot be waived under law.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law (severability).

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, to the extent not prohibited by mandatory law applicable to you. Before filing a formal dispute, the parties will try to resolve it through written contact and good-faith discussion. If unresolved, a dispute may be brought before a competent forum or court in Indonesia, while respecting non-waivable consumer rights.

To report suspected copyright infringement, email [email protected] with the subject Copyright infringement report, identification of the work, the material’s location, why you are entitled to report it, contact details, and a statement that the report is made in good faith.
